Laura Kellam is a seasoned, award-winning real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the Los Angeles property market. Since earning her California real estate license in 2001 -- and focusing exclusively on client representation in 2012 -- Laura has established a reputation for delivering exceptional results with integrity, precision, and genuine care. 

Laura serves a diverse clientele, ranging from those embarking on their first purchase or sale to highly experienced property owners and discerning real estate investors. Her versatile, full-service approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client -- offering as much guidance and involvement as desired, from initial consultation to closing and beyond. 

While Laura personally handles every transaction, she also offers access to a trusted support network of professionals, including stagers, contractors, organizers, and other specialists. These personal referrals are carefully vetted and managed by Laura, available to clients as needed and always at their discretion -- ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. 

Before dedicating herself full time to real estate, Laura co-founded and operated a successful independent film production company from 1997 to 2012. Concurrently, she spent over a decade immersed in the Los Angeles real estate sector as a private investor -- acquiring, renovating, and managing residential properties. This dual-career path gave her a rare and valuable blend of strategic vision, market insight, and hands-on experience. 

Her earlier career in corporate operations and sales management further refined her leadership and negotiation skills -- allowing her to navigate even the most complex transactions with confidence and clarity.
