“In summary, I didn’t just wake up one day and decide, “I’m going to go into real estate.” I didn’t simply study and take a test and then suddenly “become a realtor.” The common thread in all of my adult life has been that I’ve had a continued vested interest in real estate. It’s my full-time profession now, not because I found it, but because it became the bigger part of who I am to the core.”

My Real Estate Journey:

  • My history with Real Estate began long before I became a licensed CA Realtor in 2001. I began my life long relationship with Real Estate when I purchased my first property, before turning 19 years old.

Within a year of my first purchase, I sold that property and upgraded to a better and more functional property. I had learned from purchasing that first property what some of the “Must Haves” would become for me when moving forward with future property purchases.

One year later, I found myself ready to sell the “upgrade property” and on my way to another state. This next property (my 3rd) was the best one yet, not because I had way more money to spend, but instead because now with 3 under my belt, I had an insightful understanding of what made one property better than another. Many property purchases/sales and numerous state relocations later, I eventually made my way to beautiful Sunny Southern California.

  • I undoubtedly knew the desirable attributes my next property would need to have, to eventually become what would be my best purchase to that date! My first CA property purchase had every component that a property should have to qualify as a solid investment. I confidently knew by this time that (for its price point) I had purchased a premiere property.

By this time in my life, I had purchased and successfully sold about a half dozen properties for significant profits, in numerous regions and at varying price points. I had learned a lot. An important learning lesson was that price point is far less important than the investment worthy “litmus test” I had developed for myself for my property purchases.

Once I had purchased my first primary residence in Sunny SoCal, it was my time to make a go of it with property investments. I secured financing and a found an excellent Realtor partner and the journey began. I learned every possible nook and cranny of LA County and surrounding areas. Over the next many years, I purchased, fixed and sold (or held) about a dozen and half properties as a side gig to my full-time profession. Sometime during my investment journey, in 2001, I secured my own CA Real Estate License.

  • In 2011, I hung my real estate license with a reputable SoCal Real Estate Brokerage and my journey as a “Real Estate Agent” began. I began focusing full-time on helping buyers and sellers make their real estate dreams a reality. Same as always before, I am still investing in properties in various capacities for myself, but my full-time profession now is helping others with their real estate journey. For buyers, the primary focus is to find a home that is a solid investment, and equally as important, to find a place to Live Where They Love living. For sellers, I focus on positioning their property in the best light to sell for a maximum return. And, with investors, we collaborate and determine goals for their unique journey and take things from there.

In summary, I didn’t just wake up one day and decide, “I’m going to go into real estate.” I didn’t simply study and take a test and then suddenly “become a realtor.”

The common thread in all of my adult life has been that I’ve had a continued vested interest in real estate. It’s my full-time profession now, not because I found it, but because it became the bigger part of who I am to the core.

It would be a pleasure to have an opportunity to with you, wherever you are in your journey. I hope to begin a long-lasting and fruitful working relationship with you, and to become your “go to” person for all of your real estate endeavors.
